T & Cs of Dress up and Win Competition
1. Post must be set to public and participant must both check in and tag Maximo Dance Studio in their post; 2. Participant must follow @maximodancestudio.com.au Instagram account (if posting on Instagram) or like Maximo Dance Studio Facebook page (if posting on Facebook); 3. Decisions are final and not to be discussed; 4. Prizes must be collected from Maximo Dance Studio within 1 month after winning; 4. Not to be combined with any other offer; 5. Entries must be submitted by COB 9/03/2023. 6. Not specifying a condition does not waive the right of MDS to clarify, make amendments, add to and change the specified T&Cs of this offer at anytime.
T & Cs of Women's Day Special Offer
1. Offer ends 11:59 pm AEST on 9/03/2023; 2. Subject to stock and size availability; 3. Limit of 1 per customer, available only to new students, not enrolled at the studio at the time of the event. 4. T&Cs of the Returning Students Deal
1. Discount is applicable only to former students, those who were previously enrolled at Maximo Dance Studio (MDS) at any time before; 2. Discount applies only to dance class fees, not applicable to private lessons, dancewear, uniform, or any other services or goods other than regular class fees; 3. Not to be combined with any other offer; 4. Offer ends 11:59 pm AEST on 31/03/2023; 5. Returning student/s must commence enrolment in Term 1, 2023 and must commit to enrollment for at least 1 school term of 2023 Academic Year; 6. Returning student/s must enroll and settle all their applicable fees, including uniform costs, as per enrollment in full for discount to apply; 7. MDS reserves the right to decline service at its discretion without providing details of the reason; 8.
